Have you already succumbed to the charm of the Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag remake? If not, you can still treat your ears to the new album Ubisoft just dropped on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, Qobuz, and Tidal.
While the original source material remains intact—signed by Brian Tyler (who penned the scores for Super Mario Bros. and Far Cry 3, among many more)—Edward Kenway’s adventure also features new tracks composed by Stephen Lukach. A name that might ring a bell for those who waded through the waters of Skull & Bones, as the American composer handled the music for that game’s additional content. Among the 23 extra tracks, you’ll also find an extended version of the sea shanty "Leave Her Johnny" by Woodkid.
I should also mention that a complete edition of the Assassin's Creed Black Flag: Resynced sea shanties was already released on all streaming platforms two weeks ago. You can find the album at this address.
Meanwhile, the British label Laced Records has opened pre-orders for a vinyl edition of the Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag soundtrack. This 4LP will exclusively feature the original tracks composed by Brian Tyler, omitting his peer's newer additions.
