It's vacation time: Wii Sports Resort has arrived on Nintendo Music

The stars are aligning perfectly this week with the Nintendo Direct. Right after announcing the upcoming release of Switch Sports Resort (complete with an endlessly long thumb-wrestling segment), Nintendo took the opportunity to add the OST of the original 2009 game, Wii Sports Resort, to its streaming service. You can listen to it right now on Nintendo Music, which is now officially accessible via web browsers!

Featuring 99 tracks and clocking in at just over an hour and a half, the Wii Sports Resort soundtrack is every bit as catchy as you would expect from a sports game. It is packed with enchanting, upbeat melodies that proudly wear their bossa nova inspirations on their sleeve.

According to the specialized site VGMdb, the OST was composed by Ryo Nagamatsu, who is also well-known for his work on Mario Kart Wii, Super Mario Galaxy 2 (available on Spotify!), Mario Kart 8, and a whole host of other iconic Nintendo titles.
