Just in time for its Switch 2 exclusivity debut, Nintendo has shaken up its usual schedule to host nine previews of the Splatoon Raiders soundtrack. You can stream them right now on Nintendo Music (requires a Nintendo Switch Online subscription).
Staying true to the franchise’s lineage, the Splatoon Raiders music reeks of hot sand, palm trees, and sun-tanned skin. These first snippets are relatively chill—even if they still carry that signature musical quirkiness that defines this "not-your-average" TPS.
While we're still waiting on the official word regarding the composers, let’s assume Nintendo has once again tapped the same crew that handled Splatoon 3: Shiho Fujii, Masato Ohashi, Kairi Hamada, Yumi Takahashi, Toshiyuki Sudo, Asuka Hayazaki, Toru Minegishi, and Ryo Nagamatsu (the latter of whom puts his name on this year’s best OST, Denshattack!).
Last week, Nintendo also highlighted one of the most critically acclaimed titles of its catalog, releasing the insanely packed soundtrack of Donkey Kong Bananza on its streaming platform.
Splatoon Raiders is available today as a Switch 2 exclusive.
