I'm neither very familiar with Robert Kirkman's comic, and even less of a fighting game player. But, as a great lover of VGM, you can imagine that I can't miss the soundtrack of a new brawler game. All the more so when it's signed by a renowned electro duo, The Glitch Mob.
While the game is not expected (on consoles and PC) until April 30th, the Los Angeles producers are sharing the 13 tracks they composed for Invincible VS on streaming platforms. Although things start off quite slowly, with a rather hip-hop Main Theme, things toughen up as the album progresses, with The Glitch Mob exploding into drum and bass and techno tracks that are completely my thing.
I don't know what the future holds for Quarter Up's game, but in any case, it has already left us with an exceptional OST.
