Atelier Resleriana is a rather peculiar entry in Koei Tecmo's long-running series. It originally launched in late 2023 on PC and mobile as a gacha title in Japan. The game eventually made its way to the West, albeit repackaged as Atelier Resleriana: The Red Alchemist & the White Guardian and stripped of its live-service mechanics.
At the time of writing, Atelier Resleriana (the mobile game) is no longer available outside Japan, with service officially set to end on November 25. As such, this album feels like a farewell letter to fans. Packed with 44 tracks, it covers the game's second season. Mobile title or not, Koei Tecmo took the score just as seriously as any mainline Atelier entry—delivering its signature blend of sweeping orchestral pieces, high-energy J-rock bangers, and lush world music. While there's no telling if more volumes will hit streaming before the servers shut down, curious listeners can always dive into the massive catalog of Atelier soundtracks already available on Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube.
