Keeping a low profile since the release of A Short Hike, Mark Sparling is finally back with a rich OST for this Apple Arcade title. Perchang World is a puzzle game where you guide colored marbles through levels of various inspirations—essentially, mini-golf in disguise.
The music features all the playfulness the Canadian composer is known for, as he naturally adapts his score to the game's different biomes. While it feels a bit conventional at times (the western chapter is a tad dull), it remains wonderfully mellow throughout.
At the very start of the year, Mark Sparling also composed the soundtrack for the Adopt Me! games.
