Today's the day, for Detective Jack Pepper. Fumi Games' ultra-stylized FPS launches later today on PC and consoles, having already received a warm welcome from the press (it currently holds an 83/100 on OpenCritic). As usual, depending on your time zone, the game's soundtrack is dropping slightly ahead of the official release.
Immerse yourself right now in the 1930s-inspired jazzy OST composed by Patryk Scelina (Kao the Kangaroo, Slavic Punk). The composer teamed up with highly talented musicians to give MOUSE: P.I. For Hire the most memorable soundscape possible—one that is at least as striking as the game's unique visuals, inspired by the rubber-hose cartoons of Fleischer Studios.
As mentioned a few days ago, the track "Good Mouse" by the French electro-swing group Caravan Palace closes out the 20-track album, which is now available for streaming on all platforms. A vinyl edition is also available for pre-order via Mondo ($45, release date TBD).
