British label Lost in Cult has just unveiled a fresh batch of titles for its "EDITION" collection, featuring prestige physical releases for Caves of Qud, The Séance of Blake Manor, and Morsels, which is also receiving a standalone vinyl release. While final shipping dates have yet to be confirmed, the Morsels 2LP is available to preorder for £39.99.
Crafted by Toronto-based composer Sam Webster (Grindstone, Reigns: Beyond, and Rift of the NecroDancer), the score to the quirky, colorful roguelike draws heavily on influences like Thundercat, Kaytranada, and Metronomy. Give it a spin on your favorite streaming platform to see if you dig the vibe!
Delve deep into the jazzy sewers of Morsels with a genre-blurring soundtrack from Toronto-based composer Sam Webster.
Known for his work on Grindstone, Reigns: Beyond, and Rift of the NecroDancer, Webster reflects the chaotic and tender world of Morsels with a score built from psychedelic pop, fluffy chords, thumping beats, and swirling synths, drawing on influences like Stereolab, Thundercat, and Madlib.
Innocence is tangled with terror, calm with frantic, and mellow with morose in this rich audio tapestry written in close creative exchange with the game’s designer, Toby Dixon.
Every track bubbles with life, surprising and delighting players at every turn in this one-of-a-kind underground world where beauty finds its beat, available for the first time on vinyl in an exclusive, limited edition pink and green splatter variant.
