To celebrate the release of Moss: The Forgotten Relic—which gathers both of Polyarc's games in a polished package—composer Jason Graves has given a fresh coat of paint to the Moss and Moss: Book II OSTs. Originally exclusive to PS VR, this adventure game was a charming change of pace for the Dead Space composer, who is mostly known for his ability to craft terrifying, suffocating musical atmospheres. For Moss, the American musician softened his approach, offering a more bucolic soundtrack packed with woodwinds. It is also far more melodic, as heard on the franchise's most iconic track, "Twofolds."
This collection will finally allow everyone to appreciate Polyarc's talent—a studio that, unfortunately, recently laid off two-thirds of its workforce. With 200,000 wishlists since the announcement of this "flat" version of Moss, we wish the team all the very best!
