Sometimes, you just have to be patient, I guess. Six years after the game's release, the soundtrack to Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time has finally landed on all streaming platforms. You can now give it a spin on Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, Deezer, YouTube Music, and Qobuz.
While the original trilogy featured the musical signature of Josh Mancell, this time we’re dealing with Walter Mair—who might ring a bell if you’ve tuned into his work on Killzone: Mercenary, Total War Battles: KINGDOM, or Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III. The Austrian composer has done a stellar job honoring the musical legacy of the cult license originally dreamed up by Naughty Dog 30 years ago (yeah, that hurts).
On a related note, composer Marc Baril also dropped the soundtracks for Crash Tag Team Racing, Crash: Mind Over Mutant, and Crash of the Titans on streaming platforms earlier this year.
