San Diego Comic-Con has delivered its usual haul of juicy intel on Insomniac's next project, *Marvel's Wolverine*. Still slated for a September 15 release, this high-octane action game is getting a soundtrack from David Flemming—the composer who recently made waves with the score for the *Superman* film and the hit Apple TV series *Widows Bay*. 

The first preview, aptly titled "Logan," serves as a compelling statement of intent for the game's musical direction. You can add it to your streaming platforms right now.

Clocking in at over six minutes, this long track acts as a sweeping introduction to the protagonist, shifting through several movements to showcase the various facets of his personality. For me, it’s a first taste that leaves you craving more, especially after (and this is a personal take) the somewhat "safe" scores by John Paesano for *Marvel's Spider-Man* and its sequel.

Moving away from the more open structure of the Spider-Man titles, *Wolverine* leans heavily into the gory, visceral nature of its combat.
