# The new BREAK MY CASE soundtracks are criminally catchy

Come for the pretty faces, stay for the music. Like so many other gachas of its kind, *Break My Case* is primarily out for your money. That being said, the studio coly quickly reinvests that cash into something that speaks to me deeply: the music. I will say this as calmly as possible: *Break My Case* has some of the most impressive music you'll ever hear in a video game — let alone a mobile game.

I was already blown away last year by the release of volume 8 of the OST, especially with two prog rock tracks that straight-up reference Polyphia. Volumes 9 and 10, however, dive headfirst into an impeccable acid jazz, neo-soul, and funk vibe, conjuring up a sonic whirlwind where *Persona*, *VA-11 HALL-A*, and Jamiroquai meet. You absolutely have to listen to this.
