# Korn drops a new Diablo IV-inspired track

American nu-metal band Korn has teamed up with Blizzard Entertainment to celebrate next week's release of the upcoming *Diablo IV* expansion — *Lord of Hatred*.

Titled "*Reward The Scars*," the song fits perfectly into the discography of the Jonathan Davis-led band. It features the aggressive guitars and signature "slap" bass style that the group is known for. The single is already [available for streaming on all platforms](https://lnk.kornofficial.com/rts).

Blizzard has made these kinds of sync deals a habit for the launch of new expansions. Last month, singer [bbno$ was brought in](https://youtu.be/zpvdJyDuzgM) for the new *Diablo II: Resurrected* expansion, and last year, the studio collaborated [with Lucile Croft and What So Not](https://youtu.be/p15mvF8cbOE) for an update. Earlier this year, [AURORA lent her vocals](https://nowplaying.cool/aurora-partners-with-world-of-warcraft-for-an-exclusive-new-song/) to a great video celebrating the community aspect of *World of Warcraft*.

*Diablo IV: Lord of Hatred* is set to launch on April 28th for PC and consoles.
