Even if the game isn't doing well on Steam (it's sitting at only 30% positive reviews as of writing), the latest entry in the Legacy of Kain franchise boasts an intriguing soundtrack composed by producer Celldweller.
Known to some as Klayton, the man behind the music offers 16 tracks that wouldn't feel out of place in a new Castlevania game. Which is pretty convenient, since the game from Bit Bot Media is actually trying to do just that. Anyway, what you'll hear in this album is a blend of gothic orchestral bits, occasionally interrupted by some ferocious electric guitar riffs that will definitely wake you up.
I can't say I loved all of it, but there are definitely some bangers in there. My personal favorite is called 'The Fall of Sarafan Raziel'.
In any case, if you're a hardcore Legacy of Kain fan, know that a vinyl release is also in the works for this soundtrack. You can preorder your copy right now over at the Fixt Store. It is slated for release this October.
