Look, I know how that looks. You see a tank on the artwork, and you think "yup, yet another low-effort, epic orchestral soundtrack". I know because I felt the same, really. Broken Arrow: Baltic Battalion sat there, on my "to-listen" playlist, and I hit play without much hope that I'd add anything to my favorites. I couldn't have been more wrong.
Don't get your hopes up—this isn't the original soundtrack of the year. But, I must admit that it really is catchy. Catchy enough, at least, to make me want to check out the previous work of composer Evgeny Shchukin, who chose to put synthwave music in this rather generic-looking military RTS. If it weren't for the artwork, I would have bet that the music was from a top-down cyberpunk shooter.
A hidden gem, if you will, that you can listen to now on your favorite streaming platform.
